MINOS Neutrinos Again II

All right, so keeping the $0.00117$ eV for the CMB antineutrino mass, and setting $\mu = 0.00998$ as the Koide scale parameter, it seems that the best estimate for the neutrino $\Delta m^2$ is $2.48 \times 10^{-3}$, which is only slightly outside the upper limit of the MINOS results. The final (!) adjusted masses (in eV) are:

$\nu: $ $0.05060$, $0.00038$, $0.00889$
$\overline{\nu}: $ $0.05811$, $0.00117$, $0.00060$
