Asymmetry Update

As Resonaances reports, D0 confirm the $3$ sigma non standard $t \overline{t}$ asymmetry. D0 refers to this $Z'$ model for a possible theoretical explanation. This is a sufficiently new paper that it recognises the weakness of an ordinary $Z'$ explanation in the face of no asymmetry from the LHC, not to mention other evidence against exotic bosons.

    Well, who would have thought that July 2011 would see hints of new physics at the Tevatron, but not the LHC?
