Theory Update 21
So I said I had finished faffing ... but I was wrong! Now I think this table works better. The $2/9$ phase goes with handedness, $+$ for left. We allow a small offset from the $2/9$ for the charged leptons, as observed, but in such a way that the electron and positron have equal masses. Total phase conjugation leaves Koide masses invariant. Now the positive $\pi /12$ is associated to ordinary matter, including antineutrinos, and the minus phase is associated to the annihilators. Then photons can have a total zero phase!
