Another Glorious Rumour

On Woit's latest fairy post, blogger Jester starts a glamorous rumour! That is, at HCP 2011 next week, LHCb will release a large CP asymmetry result! Will it match the known like-sign dimuon anomaly? This would be interpretable with a non standard $\beta$ phase for the CKM matrix. Jester's rumour mentions a difference between decays to kaons and pions, but we won't really know what it is until next week. Stay tuned!
