Same Old, Same Old II

This never worked before, but every year the guideline writers improve their game, fighting against institutional evils for genuinely independent research, and now that it's clear that fairies don't exist, one never knows ... so, is there any academic institution in Europe, at all, that would be willing to host my ERC proposal? The guidelines state:

... that the host institution commits to the following conditions of independence. The PI may:
· apply for funding independently
· manage the research and the funding for the project and make appropriate resource allocation decisions
· have access to reasonable space and facilities for conducting the research.
