Preliminary results from
Neutel 11 include this
pretty slide from
MINERvA at Fermilab, which studies low energy neutrino nucleon interactions. We see that the antineutrino event count falls below expectations across the energy range. With data collection ongoing,
MINERvA is an experiment to
to watch in the near future.

Unsurprisingly, the new
reactor fluxes have increased the popularity (and parameter fits) of sterile neutrinos, but the Neutel 11
blog does not yet indicate any clear cut evidence for sterile neutrinos. Since we favour a CPT revolution (possibly with a non zero $\theta_{13}$) I guess we'll forget about the sterile neutrinos for now, although that $1.5$ $\textrm{eV}^2$ is very irritating!
